·      COLOUR

You understand and agree that Wealth-Of-Art uses reasonable efforts to display the colors of artwork(s), as accurately as possible on the site. However, because individual computer monitors may display colors differently, Wealth-Of-Art is not responsible for the color accuracy of any artwork(s) displayed on the site and disclaims all liability in this regard.

Some artwork(s) are showing fragments sticking out or some “imperfections” on the surface due to their nature. Please read carefully the artwork description. If you have any doubts before the purchase, please get in touch with us.

Frame your new artwork using UV-blocking glass.  If you decide not to frame your artwork (this might apply to boxed canvases), please make sure that you hang your new purchase away from direct heat (fires, radiators & heaters) or moisture sources (bathrooms & kitchens).  Never expose your paintings to extreme heat, cold or humidity. Be aware that direct sunlight will fade the colours of oil paintings.  Dust needs to be removed from the artwork(s) regularly by using a very soft brush with no metal parts. If you have any questions, please do not hesitate to contact us: enquiries (at) wealth-of-art.com

Our shipping rates are based on courier fees determined by a combination of the shipping addresses of both the collector and the artist(s), as well as the measurements and weight of the artwork. In order to calculate the shipping cost, please select your shipping destination from the list of countries listed on the checkout page. Your shipping costs automatically populate on the checkout page and in the shipping breaking down. In addition to shipping charges, the buyer will also be responsible for paying international customs fees, determined by the country the artwork is being shipped to. For all the artwork(s) on the website, VAT (value added tax) fees will be included in your online checkout process.  From the checkout page, you may choose to go ahead and purchase the work or cancel the transaction. If you don't see your destination on the list, please get in touch with us and we will try to do our best to arrange a delivery for you.  We work closely with our shipping partners to minimise the potential impact of custom delays on our international customers, however, certain destinations such as Russia and China can be challenging.  To keep the prices of shipping modest we are shipping our artwork(s) unframed.  The shipping cost and handling cost may vary due to the type and size of the artwork. A large work, for example, will costs substantially more than a medium or small artwork(s) due to the packing material cost and likely increased weight.

IMPORTANT. Please make a note:

In order to deliver your artwork safely the first time, please state your delivery instructions as specifically and as detailed as possible. Provide a secure shipping address where the artwork will be safely protected from bad weather.  It would be brilliant if a friend, neighbour, porter or a colleague would be able to receive, sign for, and look after your artwork when it arrives. So please be sure to provide a delivery address where you are certain someone will help out if you are not available.  We insure each artwork during the time it is in transit until it is delivered to you. We require a signature for any parcel delivered, at which point responsibility for your purchased goods passes to you. If you have specified a recipient who is not yourself for delivery purposes (for example as a gift) then you accept that evidence of a signature by them (or at that delivery address) is evidence of delivery and fulfilment by Wealth-Of-Art and transfer of responsibility in the same way.

Prices shown on the website are in GBP and are inclusive of VAT (The UK sales tax rate of 20%). The service we provide is Deliver Duty Paid, including relevant import duty and tax in the final purchase price.
