WHAT ARE YOUR RETURN, EXCHANGE AND CANCELLATION POLICY?
RETURN & EXCHANGE
If you change your mind, Wealth-Of-Art offers a (7) days home approval period on all artworks sold on the site. We want to make sure you are happy with your purchase, enjoy the artwork and get passionate about your favourite artists. Please bear in mind that you have to contact us within the (7) days home approval period to arrange return or exchange. If you do not notify us of your intent to return the artwork within (7) days of receipt we will assume that you are keeping the artwork and you will NOT be eligible for a refund. You have to ship back the artwork within (7) days after notifying us that you will return it and provide us with a tracking number otherwise you will NOT be eligible for a refund. The artwork(s) should be returned without damage, marks, or scratches. Wealth-Of-Art will not be able to accept any returns of artwork(s) that have been damaged after delivery to the client address. Our insurance covers the artwork(s) in transit and not in the clients' premises. Please note that Wealth-Of-Art will not take responsibility for the return shipping costs. If you change your mind after placing an order you must let us know within 48 hours. Please call us on +44 (0) 7598 778 825 between 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM Monday to Sunday or email us at any point on enquiries(at)wealth-of-art.com. If we missed your call, please leave a message with your name and if possible your order number and we will get back to you as soon as possible.
