Order Cancelation Policy

Wealth-Of-Art reserves the right to cancel any orders placed through the website if Wealth-Of-Art determines, in its sole discretion, that the item is mispriced, out of stock, or otherwise unavailable at the price showing on the website.

Whilst every effort is made to make sure details on our website are accurate, we may from time to time discover an error in the pricing of the artwork(s) or an artwork might be misplaced due to an event or exhibition. If we discover an error in the pricing of an artwork in your order, we will let you know as soon as possible. We shall be under no obligation to accept or fulfil an order for an item that was advertised at an incorrect price and reserve the right to cancel such an order that has been accepted or is in transit. If you order an artwork that is priced incorrectly for any reason, Wealth-Of-Art will take the responsibility to send you an email or telephone you to inform you of such cancellation and you will not be charged for your order.

If you have already paid for the artwork(s), we shall refund the full amount as soon as we are able. In the event that artwork(s) are recalled in transit, we will process your refund once the artwork(s) have been returned to us. Wealth-Of-Art will offer you an alternative artwork or service.


If you change your mind you must let us know within 48 hours.

If you would like to cancel your order you have to contact our team as soon as possible and within 48 hours of the order placement. Please call us on +44 (0) 7598 778 825330 22 33 007 between 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM Monday to Sunday or email us at any point on enquiries (at) rwealth-of-art.com. If we missed your call, please leave a message with your name and if possible your order number and we will get back to you within 24 hours.


Wealth-Of-Art allows you seven (7) days home approval period which starts from the time you receive your artwork. If you are not happy with your purchase or the artwork is not suitable for your space you can always contact us for advice, exchange or return.

In case you would like to return or exchange the artwork, please bear in mind that you have to contact us within the (7) days home approval period to arrange return or exchange. If you do not notify us of your intent to return the artwork within (7) days of receipt we will assume that you are keeping the artwork and you will NOT be eligible for a refund. You have to ship back the artwork within (7) days after notifying us that you will return it and provide us with a tracking number otherwise you will NOT be eligible for a refund. The artwork needs to be in its original condition, not damaged and packed to the Wealth-Of-Art standards.

Wealth-Of-Art will NOT be held liable for any damage to any artwork(s) caused anytime after the delivery to the Client’s address. Artwork(s) should be returned without damage, marks, or scratches. You should take care of the artwork(s) during the 7 days home approval period. Wealth-Of-Art will not be able to accept any returns of artwork(s) that have been damaged after delivery to the client address.

Please note that Wealth-Of-Art will not take responsibility for the return shipping costs. In order to arrange the return, please call us on +44 (0) 330 22 33 007 between 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM (GMT time) Monday – Saturday or email us at any point on enquiries (at) rwealth-of-art.com. If we missed your call, please leave a message stating your name surname and order number and we will get back to you within 24 hours.

In the meantime, please repackage the artwork using the original packaging materials or if you have already disposed of the original packaging, please purchase suitable packaging materials to send the artwork back safely to the artist address. If you have any doubts regarding the packaging, please contact us.  If you need to obtain the artist's address, please contact us directly.  We recommend that you pack well the artwork and ensure the safe return shipment as you are under a duty to take reasonable care of the artwork and will be liable for damage to it until the artist receive the artwork.  We also recommend that you use a secure, trackable method for sending back the artwork as well as that you retain proof of sending it and email us the details on enquiries (at) wealth-of-art.com

Wealth-Of-Art will refund the value to your order to the original source of payment minus international customs fees if any, only when the artwork(s) has been received back and inspected for damage.

Important information about returning.

Wealth-Of-Art is not responsible for undelivered returns. Additional shipping fees may apply for international returns. Please note that these fees may possibly be avoided if you inform the courier that the item is a return—though we can’t guarantee this as couriers terms vary.
