Wealth-of-Art is an e-commerce fine art platform.  Its aim is to promote and create value for original artworks from carefully selected emerging and established artists. The website is a destination for private collectors, corporate clients and individuals willing to discover well-curated works of art.  Wealth-Of-Art offers tailored art consultancy to those interested in the investment side of buying art and clients looking to acquire an artwork for their office space or private residence. Our mission is to bring truly powerful emerging and established artists to a worldwide audience in order to promote the best of unique and original artists to our clients.

 

HOW DOES IT WORK?

Browse by artist name or category, find an artwork you like, save it in favorites and create an online art portfolio, think about it, call a friend, speak with your partner, decide you are ready to own your favorite work of art, proceed to checkout, order the artwork, wait for the delivery, unpack the artwork, get your tools out the box and hang the artwork on the wall, stand back and enjoy!  Not happy with your choice?  No problem, get in touch with us and we will come up with a solution.

WHAT MAKES WEALTH-OF-ART’S SELECTION OF ARTWORKS UNIQUE?

Our artists are providing us with their latest works of art and some exclusive pieces available only on Wealth-Of-Art website. Our aim to source both established and emerging contemporary artists who are creating works in different forms such as painting, print, decorative art, photography, sculpture, illustration and conceptual art. Our mission is to find truly powerful and outstanding artists, currently unrepresented, coming from challenging geographical locations or with language barriers.

 

I FORGOT MY WEALTH-OF-ART PASSWORD.  HOW CAN I LOG IN?

We will send you a new, randomly generated password. You can change it in the customer area afterwards.

 

ARE TRANSACTIONS ON WEALTH-OF-ART SECURE?

All sensitive customer information is encrypted using secure socket layer technology (SSL).  We are working with the leaders in online transaction processing, WorldPay.  For further information on how we protect our customers’ information, please refer to our Privacy Policy.

 

HOW DOES THE SHOPPING BAG WORK?

When considering owning an artwork or would like to came back later one for a second opinion, you can store your intention in the shopping bag. You can add artworks anytime you want by simply clicking the “Add to Shopping Bag” button. You can browse around the site, and come back to your shopping bag at any time by clicking on the bag icon located on the top-right corner of the screen.

 

WILL THE ARTWORK I HAVE BEEN CONSIDERING TO PURCHASE REMAIN IN MY SHOPPING BAG BETWEEN VISITS TO WEALTH-OF-ART?

The artworks will be in the shopping bag until you decided to own them, remove them or someone else buys them. All artworks are one-off.

 

WHY AM I UNABLE TO BUY AN ARTWORK, WHICH I ADDED PREVIOUSLY TO MY SHOPPING BAG?

The artworks listed on Wealth-Of-Art website are one-off. They are available until someone is faster than you and take the unique opportunity to own the artwork you have shortlisted. If you like it, go for it. You can have it at home for 7 days and decide there and then if this is the right artwork for your space and if match your style.

 

WHAT IS INCLUDED IN MY ORDER?

We are delivering our artworks unframed because of shipping cost and difficulty to match everyone’s frame preferences. You will receive your artwork well packed and signed by the artist. If you need advice regarding framing or how best to display the artwork, please do not hesitate to get in touch with us.

 

IS VAT INCLUDED IN MY ORDER?

Sales tax, depending on country (VAT in the UK) is included in the price for all orders.

 

TRYING TO COMPLETE THE ORDER BUT MY PAYMENT HAS BEEN REFUSED, WHY?

The most frequent problem about refused payment is wrongly entered the card number, expiry date or security number. If your transaction is rejected, please check your card details and try again. Please remember that the billing address needs to match the address you have provided us on the checkout page. If the delivery address is different from your billing address, please stated in the appropriate field on the checkout page. If something still doesn't work, please get in touch with us and we will assist you with the process.

 

CAN I SAVE MY CARD DETAILS AND DELIVERY ADDRESS FOR FUTURE ORDERS?

We will save your personal details except for your card details, which are recorded by WorldPay, our payment merchant, for security reasons.

 

I HAVE PLACED AND ORDER, WHAT HAPPENS NEXT?

When your order is placed, our team will pack your artwork with care and ship it to you as quickly as possible. Our aim is to deliver your artwork within 14 business days. 

 

I REALLY LIKED THE ARTWORK BUT I HAVE MISSED OUT ON IT.  WHAT SHOULD I DO?

If you encounter a sold-out sign or your favourite artwork disappeared from the Wealth-Of-Art website could be because the artwork is sold or has been taken away to an exhibition and is not available for sale at the moment. In any case, get in touch with us and our team will find out the reason and come back to you with information and possible alternatives.

 

HOW DO I KNOW WHEN NEW ARTWORKS BY ARTISTS I LIKE BECOME AVAILABLE?

You can subscribe to our newsletter and state whom your favourite artists are. We will notify you as soon as we have new artworks, events or exhibitions of your favourite artists.

 

DO I NEED TO SET UP AN ACCOUNT IN ORDER TO MAKE A PURCHASE?

No, you don’t need an account to buy from our website. If you are in a hurry, you can use our quick version of the checkout page.

 

HOW DO I MAKE A PURCHASE?

Wealth-Of-Art is an e-commerce platform, therefore, all artworks on the site are for sale and available to purchase directly through the site. If an artwork is indicated as “Sold Out,” get in touch with us and we can offer alternatives, speak to the artist, and help you choosing the right piece of art.  To make a purchase, you should select an artwork click on the button “Add to shopping Bag”. The artwork will be stored in the shopping bag, which is situated on the top right corner. In order to complete the purchase, you should follow the instructions on the website. If you are not signed into Wealth-Of-Art upon purchase, you will be prompted either to do so or to create a Wealth-Of-Art account. If you don’t have time to create an account in this instance, you can purchase by skipping this step.

 

WHAT PAYMENT METHODS DOES WEALTH-OF-ART ACCEPT?

Wealth-Of-Art accepts credit cards including Amex; Visa Credit; Visa Debit; MasterCard Debit; Visa Electron; Maestro and JCB.

 

WHAT ARE YOUR RETURN, EXCHANGE AND CANCELLATION POLICY?

 

RETURN & EXCHANGE

Wealth-Of-Art allows you seven (7) days home approval period, which starts from the moment you receive your artwork. If you are not happy with your choice and you decide to return the artwork you can contact us for advice, exchange or to notify us that you will be returning the artwork.

Please bear in mind that you have to contact us within the (7) days home approval period to arrange return or exchange. If you do not notify us of your intent to return the artwork within (7) days of receipt we will assume that you are keeping the artwork and you will NOT be eligible for a refund.

You have to ship back the artwork within (7) days after notifying us that you will return it and provide us with a tracking number otherwise you will NOT be eligible for a refund.  For more information, please see our T&C.

 

CANCELLATION

If you change your mind after placing an order you must let us know within 48 hours. Please call us or email us between 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM Monday to Sunday or email us at any point on enquiries (at) rwealth-of-art.com. If we missed your call, please leave a message with your name and if possible your order number and we will get back to you as soon as possible.

 

ARE TAX AND DUTIES CALCULATED ON MY PURCHASE?

You will find the shipping cost, taxes and duties (if applicable) to your order upon checkout.  To estimate duties and taxes on your order, add the artwork to your shopping bag and enter your shipping location.  The fees are dependent on your shipping address. Duties and taxes will be charged in adherence to current legislation.

 

IS THERE A CHANCE TO SEE THE ARTWORK IN ADVANCE OF PURCHASE?

Our artworks are situated in many different locations and we are unable to provide viewing sessions prior to purchase. You can always contact us for advice or more details about the artwork you are interested in.  For a more detailed look at the artwork please use the “Zoom” feature.

HOW IS THE SHIPPING COST DETERMINED?

The shipping cost is determined by the artwork’s origin and the shipping destination.

Shipping costs include all packaging, handling, and insurance fees and are based on dimensions, and weight of the artwork purchased. In order to estimate the shipping costs on your order, you need to add the artwork to the shopping bag and then in the checkout page enter your shipping location.

 

WHEN CAN I EXPECT MY ORDER TO BE DELIVERED?

Our aim is to process and ship your artworks within 5 to 10 business days.

The shipping time varies according to the origin of the artwork, shipping destination and in a small number of locations, delays in customs processing deliveries. When your artwork is shipped, you will receive a shipment confirmation email with a tracking number, therefore, you can check the status of your order and the estimated delivery date online by using the tracking number.

 

DO I NEED TO SIGN FOR MY PACKAGE UPON DELIVERY?

Wealth-Of-Art requires a signature for all packages due to the valuable nature of the artworks.  Someone must be present at the time of delivery and packages should not be left unattended. Please note that once your order is on its way, we are unable to change the shipping address.

 

DO YOU OFFER EXPRESS, WEEKENDS, OR SAME DAY DELIVERY?

We are unable to offer anything other than standard delivery at this time. However, if you are in a rush, give us a call and we will see what we can do to help.

 

HOW SHIPPING INSURANCE CALCULATED?

Insurance is automatically included in shipping fees and covers door-to-door handling. It will be your responsibility to ensure the artwork it is insured under your home and contents policy during the (7) days home approval.

 

WHICH COUNTRY DOES WEALTH-OF-ART SHIP TO?

At the moment we are shipping to United Kingdom, Germany; Australia; Hong Kong; Qatar; Singapore; Switzerland; Turkey; the United Arab Emirates and the USA.

If your country is not listed here, please contact us and someone from our team will do our best to find a solution for you.

 

WHAT SHOULD I DO IF I RECEIVE A DAMAGED ARTWORK?

Despite all our care to pack the artwork carefully, damage could happen during transit. If you receive a damaged artwork you must be reported to our team within 24 hours of delivery. Please send close-up (magnified) photographs of the damage to Enquiries (at) wealth-of-art.com, along with your name, order number, artist and artwork name. Our team will provide a return shipment label and will offer other options.

 

HOW ARE THE ARTWORKS AUTHENTICATED?

All our artworks are hand signed by the artists. Please keep your receipt as a proof of purchase as you will need this if you would like to re-sell the artwork on the secondary market or through an auction house.

 

WHAT FRAMING OPTIONS DOES WEALTH-OF-ART OFFER?

We ship our artworks without framing and to reduce the shipping cost and prevent possible damage to the artwork during transit.

 

WHAT CARE SHOULD I TAKE OF MY ARTWORKS?

Frame your new artwork using UV-blocking glass. 

If you decide not to frame your artwork (this might apply to boxed canvases), please make sure that you hang your new purchase away from direct heat (fires, radiators & heaters) or moisture sources (bathrooms & kitchens).  Never expose your paintings to extreme heat, cold or humidity. Be aware that direct sunlight will fade the colours of oil paintings.  Dust needs to be removed from the artworks regularly by using a very soft brush with no metal parts. HOW DOES THE ART ADVISORY SERVICE WORK?

Wealth-Of-Art offers free art advisory to private or corporate clients as well as trade professionals. We offer a tailored art consultancy to those interested in the investment side of buying art or looking to enlarge or review their art portfolio.
